1. Are the Collections or Products in the Shop section available for immediate delivery?
Yes. As of 2022 there will be limited stock available for all new Collections.
If we don’t have your size or gender in stock – just place an order and we’ll make it for you.
2. If a product is not in stock how long will it take to make my order?
Manufacturing will take 5 weeks. Once you order is received at our Melbourne office, it will be despatched to you just as soon as possible after that.
3. Do you provide accessories with your Collections?
Yes each Collection comes with matching vest and arm warmers. Because we have many different Collections we cannot stock an unlimited range of accessories, but can instead custom-make these for you.
4. Can you design a custom kit for my group or company?
Yes visit the TEAM STORES section of our website for more info and examples of our custom design work. Here we can easily set up a Team Store for you for worry-free order management, payment and processing.
5. Do you have women specific patterns?
We are committed to providing women cyclists with a dedicated product selection. The designs available for purchase are available in men and women’s specific patterns and products. Note: Vests and Arm Warmers however are of a Unisex style.
6. You don’t offer Free Delivery. Why is this?
Speed, efficiency and end-to-end reliability are important to us when sending your order. But this comes at a cost, as shipping is most definitely not Free!
We do not provide Free Shipping by building the cost into the price of our products. Instead we offer great value apparel with Flat Rate Shipping for domestic (AUS) and international customers as an extra and transparent cost.
In so doing we subsidise the shipping expense and ask you to make a modest contribution towards the cost.

We will ask you to share your measurements with us. Chest, Waist, Hips. Height and Weight are also useful. We will check for you and make a recommendation for sizing based on the info you provide.
