Speed, efficiency and end-to-end reliability are important to us when sending your order.
But this comes at a cost, as shipping is most definitely not Free!
We do not provide Free Shipping by building the cost into the price of our products.
Instead we offer great value apparel with Flat Rate Shipping for domestic (AUS) and international customers as an extra and transparent cost.
In so doing we subsidise the shipping expense and ask you to make a modest contribution towards the cost.
Shipping within Australia
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post Express Post and will generally be delivered the next business day within Australia Post’s Express Post network.
If your address falls outside this network, next day delivery is not guaranteed but your order will still be processed, handled and delivered as fast as possible.
The cost of our shipping within Australia via Australia Post Express Post is a flat rate of AUD$10 and this cost will be added to your order at check-out.
Orders for international customers will be shipped either from our Melbourne office via Pack & Send (www.packsend.com.au) or direct from our factory in China by DHL or FedEx.
Generally orders will arrive within 6+ business days from the despatch date.
The cost of our shipping to international customers via our International service is a flat rate of AUD$20 and this cost will be added to your order at check-out.
(Exception: Due to the high cost of freight a flat rate of AUD$130 applies to all African countries)
This service is fully trackable and requires signature-upon-delivery.
Depending on the destination there may be delays with custom authorities or with our freight provider and we are not responsible for these delays. There are a limited number of countries for which international shipping is not available
We will ensure that your order is carefully packed, properly addressed, and that it is in excellent condition for shipping. However we cannot be responsible for damage to your shipment once it leaves our office and for any damage that occurs whilst the shipment is in transit.
We cannot be responsible for items lost by domestic or international courier services but in that case we will provide as much assistance as possible to help trace misdirected orders.
Taxes, Charges and Duties
At CAT1 orders are despatched with the transport cost fully paid. Your order may be subject to additional taxes, duties and charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities in compliance with local importing rules, laws or regulations. CAT1 is unable to advise what these might be and we are not responsible for their payment. If in doubt check with your local customs office for rates.
Please be advised that when you place an order you are responsible for whatever additional taxes, duties or other charges are imposed on your shipment by your local customs office. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office before making an online transaction and payment.
Under no circumstances will we accept a return from, or provide a refund for, a customer because the shipment has incurred additional import duties or charges imposed by local customs offices.
Goods shipped within Australia are sent GST paid by Etondale Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN: 871 6771 0246) trading as CAT1.
CAT1 is unable to ship to PO Box addresses, Armed Forces addresses or Private Parcel Lockers.
