Our products are sold by Pre-Order and are custom made especially for you. We are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind. We realise selecting the correct size online may be difficult as all manufacturer’s are different. We’d like to make this process as easy as we can. If you find that the size you have selected is incorrect you may return this to us for a replacement, provided the garment has not been worn and is returned in its original packaging and with tags intact.
Please note however that we will have to manufacture a replacement garment for you and this may take up to 6 weeks. We do not carry excess stock. The cost of returning your products will be at your expense but we will ship the replacement product back to you at our expense.

Our Guarantee
We provide a 30 day guarantee against manufacturer’s defects, fabric defects or other faults in the creation of your garment, effective from the delivery date of your purchase.
Your product will be replaced with the same or a similar item of equal value. The cost of returning the product to us will be at your expense. We will return your new garment at our expense and as fast as possible, as per the Shipping methods described in our Shipping Policy.
